Bola Oyebamiji assumes Duty as 8th Managing Director/CEO of NIWA
The 8th Managing Director/CEO of National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) Alh. Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji assumed duty at the Authority’s Headquarters today the 30th of October 2023 in Lokoja, Kogi state.
In his inaugural speech, Alh. Munirudeen thanked the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as well as the Hon. Minister of Marine and Blue Economy Adegboyega Oyetola for giving him the opportunity to serve his country in this capacity. He also thanked the Management of the Authority for the warm reception accorded to him and his well-wishers.
Addressing staff of the Authority, he promised to have an open-door policy as a team leader and not a Boss. He assured the union leadership of a smooth working relationship between them for the betterment of the Authority.
